Upon graduating from the University of Leeds (UK) in 2014, Dr. Ooi secured a place in the highly competitive Dental Foundation Training program in the UK, where he gained invaluable experience in general dentistry and oral surgery. After successfully completing the program, Dr. Ooi spent 3 years as a dental surgeon in Genix Healthcare, a large organisation providing both NHS and private dental care nationwide.

Singapore   

Dr. Ooi moved to Singapore in 2018 and joined Pure Dental, an established private dental clinic that won the Top Business Brand 2016/2017 award in Professional Services. He worked closely with attached specialists in the fields of oral surgery, periodontology and orthodontics, providing holistic and high quality care to patients.

Malaysia  

After his 1½-year stint in Singapore, Dr. Ooi moved back to Malaysia in 2019. He served the Ministry of Health, where he was posted to Klinik Pergigian Pekan in Kuala Kangsar, Perak. With his extensive experience, Dr. Ooi was one of the few government dentists who provided crowns and bridges in addition to general treatments. Dr. Ooi completed his government service in 2021 and joined Imperial Dental Specialist Centre in Bangsar as a dental surgeon, where he further refined his skills in dental implants and orthodontics.
