PREVENTIVE CARE

Oral hygiene education and support
Sometimes no matter how hardworking we brush and floss, we still get the dreaded tartar building up around our teeth. We word with you to improve your oral hygiene by guiding you to cleaning your teeth and gums more effectively.

Fluoride varnish
Teeth gets stronger and more resistant to decay when fluoride is applied on them. We paint a thin coat of fluoride cream on every tooth surface and leave it for at least 30 minutes. This gives your teeth time to absorb all the fluoride it needs to stay strong and healthy.

Fissure sealants
Some teeth surfaces (especially molars and premolars) are naturally uneven - think of a mountain range with peaks and troughs. Sometimes trough areas are too narrow to clean properly, leading to lots of food debris and bacteria getting stuck in there. Fissure sealants are small coatings that completely seal these narrow areas and prevent food and bacteria getting stuck, protecting teeth from decay.
